Every Friday young people come together for a few hours at Awbury Arboretum.
The morning starts with a Morning Meeting run by a Manager who rotates every month. At the Meeting announcements are made, plans for future sessions discussed, and volunteers sign up for various jobs.
A Task Manager (also a monthly role) insures that at the end of the day the kids chip in to clear up the space we use and leave it ready for the next users.
Two parents stay on-site each week in case anyone is injured. Some parents offer ideas for activities and facilitate those if asked to by the kids.
